Harford Manor Breaks

*Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic our Short Breaks offer has not been able to run in its usual format for some time. We hope that this service will resume in the near future.

"Harford Manor Breaks" is a service for families with children who have complex needs and autistic spectrum disorders. “Harford Manor Breaks” are on offer exclusively to families and carers of children who attend Harford Manor School.

Each break opportunity is typically a six hour day, or 3 hour evening activity of high quality activities with high ratio of staffing from Harford Manor School.

Opportunities are tailored for children and young people with complex needs to enable them to have fun and socialise during outings and activities. Activities include access to mainstream settings and environments.

Upcoming Harford Break Events will be listed on our diary pages, then offer letters are sent out to all families whenever a new "Harford Manor Breaks" activity is available to book. If a parent or carer wishes to access this service for their child, all they need to do is complete the initial booking form (sent out with the letter), then when the place has been offered, a parental contribution of £10 or £20 per session is required to confirm their attendance.

If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact our Harford Manor Breaks Co-ordinator: Tracy Hindley
