Harford Manor School

The 'Close Links' Charity Shop

Below you will find a booklet detailing the safety measures we are currently putting in place to try and ensure the safety of both our staff, students and customers.

Our school shop exists primarily to provide an opportunity for our KS4 and Post-16 pupils to access work experience in a safe, controlled environment. Whilst working at the shop, pupils can work on essential life skills such as; communication, social interaction, working with money and independence skills. This valuable experience in a work environment in our local community can provide pupils with skills that prepare them for future opportunities they may wish to carry out after leaving school. Work carried out at the school shop will contribute to the achievement of accreditation modules through the OCR Life and Living Skills programme.

Please take a look at our charity shop information leaflet below.
