School Aims
Staff Development - Well Being Days Rationale 2002 Therapeutic Approaches to dealing with Stress This day introduced staff to a range of complimentary therapies and techniques which staff may find to be useful in combating personal stress or fatigue and aiding in physical and emotional Well Being. 2004 Team Awareness and Development Day The day, based at Bramley Lakes Outdoor Centre, aimed to provide opportunities for staff to work in teams with their colleagues on a range of outdoor pursuits, in a challenging but supportive environment. The activities hoped to foster and develop bonds within the staff group and to enhance team culture. 2006 Leisure Pursuits for Well Being in the local environment This day was based at Whittlingham Broad in Norwich, and was setup to allow staff access to a range of active Leisure pursuits. The activities on offer utilized the immediate environment (canoeing, sailing, walking, bike riding) and were designed to enrich the experiences of staff in terms of the opportunities available to them for managing their own Fitness, Social life and General Well Being in the local environment/community.
