Well Being at Harford Manor School

School Aims
At Harford Manor School we aim to provide a positive, secure and happy environment where each individual is valued. We enable our pupils to fulfil their potential by providing access to a rich, broad, balanced and relevant curriculum matched to their individual needs. We seek to ensure our pupils benefit from inclusive approaches both in and out of school. We aim to equip our pupils with the skills and knowledge they need to enrich their lives and achieve fulfilment.

The school aims are re-stated here and eleswhere on our website as a carefully thought out expression of the school ethos. We have two trained staff who arrange focus days and well being support for us. Collectively we consider the well-being of others in our day-to-day work and value each individual for their unique contribution to our school. We aim to provide appropriate support and empowerment necessary for all staff to meet the opportunities and challenges presented by our goals of continued learning and progress in all areas of school life.
